Oyesigye Special Child Foundation seeks a committed, compassionate, innovative, and self-driven Administrator to support the Foundation’s programmes for children with disabilities and other special needs.

The ideal candidate should:

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities or a related field.
- Have strong administrative, communication, organisational, and report writing skills.
- Be computer literate, including Microsoft Office, email, and social media.
- Be passionate about supporting children with disabilities and other special needs and their families.
- Be honest, accountable, flexible, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Be innovative, proactive, and a good team player.
- Have good interpersonal and community mobilisation skills.
- Experience in NGOs, disability programmes, schools, or community work is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office and programme activities.
- Manage records, communication, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, trainings, outreach, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support project implementation, fundraising, partnerships, and organisational visibility.
Terms:
- Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications, experience, and commitment.
